I want to be able to view my computer on my tv. I plan on doing this by buying a S-video cable and putting a s-video combitable graphic card into my computer. All I have to do then is plug in my S-video cable to both my computer and tv to view it? Anyone else have better solution. How can I get good quality without spending alot of money? Is s-video good?

If you have a standard definition TV S-Video will be fine. If you have a HDTV using the same S-Video it will look like crap.

Best thing for an HDTV that is cheap and if there is an available port is to go with VGA. If your TV has HDMI then go with a DVI to HDMI cable (if your video card has DVI out). This will give you the best picture quality on a HDTV.

Then there’s the cool way, but not the cheapest….WIRELESS…
