I've heard toshiba makes good laptop computers. I am looking at one, any input?
Minimum requirements:
Equivalent of an intel core 2 duo processor (2GHz)
2 GB memory
120 GB Harddrive
I was looking at the Toshiba Satellite U205-S5067.
Any input on that choice?
I'm writing this on what your looking for.Only had it for 2 weeks but I like it. I can tell you I looked at Consumer Reports before I bought it and they rated it a best buy.

I have 2 Toshiba laptops. One of them is about 4 years old. I only replaced it because the A/C jack on the back is broken, but it has served me Very well. I recently purchased a refurbished Toshiba (about 3 months ago) and I love it. it runs great, is rugged, of course i don't play football with it, but it's very portable. I would HIGHLY recommend a Toshiba laptop, i think they are by far the best for the buck, yes you can spend more, but why?? The only other laptop i considered is a Panasonic Toughbook.I couldn't see spending the $2000 that would require. Go for the Toshiba, You won't be disappointed. BUT, upgrade the battery, that is the only complaint i have about Toshiba, I have a standard battery and it only lasts about 2 hours. But, mine is mostly plugged in as well.
